What's New in 2020
What's the difference between Enhancements and Corrections?
Enhancements are newly-implemented features intended to increase end-user productivity. Corrections are improvements upon unexpected product behaviors for a more fluid and productive user experience.
v2.0.7 (10/27/2020)
Corrections
Incorrect Drum Direction value for low RPMs | (FEL-1579) |
Corrected behavior:
The default threshold for minimum drum RPMs for TrackIt Delivery Cycle Monitoring customers has been decreased to accommodate Begin Pour statusing logic.
Previous behavior:
Customers with TrackIt Delivery Cycle Monitoring would receive a drum direction value of Stopped if the drum RPMs were at 0.2 or fewer. This interfered with the Begin Pour status change.

Corrections
Max Water Allowed Exceeded alert triggering for completed ticket | (NFS-230) |
Corrected behavior:
The Max Water Allowed Exceeded alert will only trigger when the driver's ticket is still flagged as Active. If the ticket has not been started or is completed, this alert cannot trigger.
Previous behavior:
Upon completing a ticket, a driver discovered that when washing the vehicle drum, the Max Water Allowed Exceeded alert still triggered. This alert would persist when the driver logged off and back on. When a new ticket was started, the alert would remain active and still display even if another instance of the Max Water Allowed Exceeded alert was triggered.

Corrections
Data loss between ESM and TrackIt | (DDT-1028) |
Corrected behavior:
Probe data is reliably sent to the TrackIt server via the Event Service Manager app.
Previous behavior:
Minor data transfer abnormalities were discovered that caused only portions of COMMANDassurance Probe data to be sent to the TrackIt server.
